Hot Glue is a brilliant designing tool as you are able to create a website with no knowledge of web designing or coding easily. You are able to add images, text and videos in a click of the mouse. It has a very friendly user interface which makes it easier for a begginer in web designing also.

Clicking once allows you to Add a new text objective , Upload a file, Embed another website
Bottom and Embed a Youtube or Vimeo Video
Double clicking allows you to Change pages, titleChanges, the page's URL, Make this the start page, Change the background, Colour, Create a new page, Delete a page, Upload a background image, Adjust background image, selectionList all pages, Add/Edit custom code, Compare revisions of this page, Show/Hide grid or change grid size by dragging
My first attempt at using Hot Glue went well. During the first session we were told to get familiar with the site. I decided to create a webpage about myself which included images and videos. I feel my first experience went well however i felt that HotGlue could be improved as it seemed to have a few bugs such as deleting things randomly which became a slight problem. With that aside I thought it was a very good website, after you have signed up for free the professional layout makes it easy for first time users to navigate around the home page. You are given many tutorial videos which were very helpul when using it for the first time. It showed me how to create pages, add a background to the website it also shows the user how to add videos to there created webpage. Taking all this into concideration I feel HotGlue would be great for a novice user to start there own small business website or portfolio.

However there are some negatives about HotGlue, more experienced users will want to create a website using HTML and Java coding to have the most contol over the site. Coding would enable them to do what ever they want such as keeping the font exacly the same throughout the site and it would have much more structure to it. Coding is also faster if you are good at it and therefore you would spend less time creating the website.

Overall I feel hotglue is a great option for a begginer who wants to learn how to make a website from scratch. Its features are so basic anyone can use it and it looks good! I would reccomend it to a friend if they wanted to create a website.
